Interlevin's nominated carriers are tasked to improve and enhance all aspects of our delivery service with a total focus on customer satisfaction; with this in mind we are able to offer the following standard and added value service levels.
Deliveries are free to UK mainland, Northern Ireland and the Repulblic of Ireland on services listed below.
Standard Delivery Service (UK Mainland)
- 2 man crew
- Units taken into site in a packed state assuming clear easy access to ground floor. Units will be unpacked only if needed to gain access to site.
- Deliveries between 8am and 6pm Mon/Fri
- Strictly 1.00pm cut off for same day despatch
Next Day Delivery (UK Mainland)
- UK mainland only. Some postcode restriction to Northern Scottish postcodes
- Service restricted to smaller cabinet (please phone)
- 1 man crew
- Pavement drop
- No book in call
- Strictly 12.30 cut off same day despatch
- Deliveries between 9am and 5pm Mon/Fri
- Please note we cannot obtain ETA's on next day deliveries
Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland
- 3-4 day delivery service
- 1 man crew
- Pavement Drop
- Book in call before delivery
- Strictly 3pm cut off for next day despatch
- Deliveries between 8am and 6pm Mon/Fri
Added Value Services (Please phone for prices)
- Unpack and position (all packaging removed from site)
- Timed delivery
- Saturday delivery
- Remove and disposal of old units (According to WEEE directive)
- Stair walker
- Please note that some cabinets require an engineer to install. Delivery drivers cannot do this. Please phone for more details.
Added value services listed above are all chargeable please contact sales for prices. If you have a delivery requirement that is not listed, please phone sales on 01332 850090 and we will do our best to help.
Unless otherwise specified all deliveries take please with 17 tonne lorries and there must be access for lorries to get sufficiently close to site. If you require a smaller lorry please discuss this with sales before placing an order. Any restrictions on site or with access to site must be informed before an order is placed. Note that driver will not lift cabinets through, windows, or over counters or similar restrictions. Charges may apply for services outside of our normal delivery listed above.
